Their main peculiarity is the slightly spicy taste, with a bitter aftertaste. Individually frozen, Orogel Turnips are not only good, but also healthy. Rich in antioxidants and valuable nutrients, they are an excellent source of fiber, folate and Vitamin C, A and K.
DICED MOZZARELLA
The pre-cut mozzarella in 6 mm x 6 mm cubes is ideal for use in the kitchen. It has a delicate taste of milk typical of mozzarella with the great advantage of a ready-to-use service product.

Quinoa is native to the Andes, where it was first cultivated thousands of years ago and is still consumed nowadays. It is not a cereal, so it is naturally gluten-free. Goji berries are bright orange-red berries that are native to the Tibetan plateau. Dietary guidelines recommend a daily intake of high-fiber food like Quinoa with vegetables and Goji berries, which is also rich in proteins!
EMMENTAL
It is produced in Bavaria with pasteurized milk and matures in square shapes without rind. Its paste is clear, soft and elastic, with large and regular holes. The taste is slightly sweeter than Bavarian Emmental.
