Time of cooking:
- Steam oven: Place the product still frozen in a perforated pan and bake in a preheated oven at 98 º C for 7 minutes from the recovery of temperature.
- Pan: Defrost the product, cut into pieces and cook in a non-stick pan with a little oil for about 10 minutes over medium heat
