FROZEN WILD CHICORY
The wild chicory or common chicory is an edible herbaceous plant widespread and used throughout Italy. With a typically bitter taste, it is highly appreciated as field grass or cooked grass, especially in the culinary tradition of central Italy. After selecting them, wash them, they are scalded in boiling water, then frozen and packaged.
MIXED FROZEN MUSHROOMS
The mushrooms in the pan are a quick and easy side dish, ideal to accompany meat or fish dishes: also excellent for stuffing crepes and pies, or to combine with pilaf rice or polenta, so as to make a unique dish for those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.
BORAGE IN WHEAT FLOUR CRUST
After selecting, peeling and washing the borage leaves, they are subjected to the process of battering (a light, crunchy and golden crust of wheat flour, slowly leavened, prepared and handmade that wraps our vegetables), pre-crushing, then frozen in IQF and packaged.
