QUINOA WITH VEGETABLES AND GOJI BERRIES

Quinoa is native to the Andes, where it was first cultivated thousands of years ago and is still consumed nowadays. It is not a cereal, so it is naturally gluten-free. Goji berries are bright orange-red berries that are native to the Tibetan plateau. Dietary guidelines recommend a daily intake of high-fiber food like Quinoa with vegetables and Goji berries, which is also rich in proteins!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE REFERRING TO 1 kg OF PRODUCT. FOOD TO BE CONSUMED AFTER COOKING.

Convection Oven: Preheat the oven to 150C. Pour 200g of water and 45-50g of extra virgin olive oil onto the baking pan and add the frozen product. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 9 minutes.

Pan: Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with 200 g of water and 45-50 g of extra virgin olive oil. Cover and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

Ingredients: 

Quinoa 35%, carrots, green beans, grilled peppers, corn, red onions, courgettes, Goji berries 3%.
