INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE REFERRING TO 1 kg OF PRODUCT. FOOD TO BE CONSUMED AFTER COOKING.
- Convection Oven: Spread the frozen product on a tray and place in the pre-heated ventilated oven at 200°C. Wait until the temperature reaches the setting and cook for 12-13 minutes. Remove from oven, add salt ad desired and serve.
- Deep Fryer: Pour the frozen product into the fryer with boiling oil at 185°C, for 6 minutes until golden brown. Add salt as desired and serve.
Ingredients:
Vegetables in varying proportions 55% (courgettes, spinach, cauliflower, carrots, peppers, broccoli), cornmeal, water, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour, salt, natural flavourings.
May contain traces of MUSTARD, SOY, MILK and EGG.
