Orogel Courgette Rounds are cultivated applying the most recent integrated and organic farming techniques, and immediately deep frozen, to keep freshness and flavour unaltered. Try them to prepare savoury pies, side-dishes and veg wraps. Our Courgettes are grown in the most suitable areas and soils of Emilia-Romagna, Puglia, Calabria and Basilicata using modern sustainable agricultural systems.

After selecting the vegetables, they are scalded in boiling water, then subjected to the process of battering (a light, crunchy and golden crust of wheat flour, slowly leavened, prepared and processed by hand that wraps our vegetables), pre-crushing, then frozen in IQF and packaged

Our frozen parsley is harvested at the peak of its ripeness, washed, chopped and frozen instantly after its harvest. Always fresh in the freezer and ready to use at any time.
