INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE REFERRING TO 1 kg OF PRODUCT. FOOD TO BE CONSUMED AFTER COOKING.
- Steam Oven: Place the frozen product onto a perforated backing tray and put in the steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and let cook for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and prepare according to your needs.
- Pan: Place the frozen product into a non-sticking pan with a drizzle of olive oil, cover and cook over medium heat for 13 minutes. Use as desired.
- Pot: Place the frozen product in salted boiling water, bring back to the boil and let cook for 12 minutes. Drain and gently squeeze, then use as desired.
