Each form is characterized by the Rodez brand imprinted in the center of its heel, which is superimposed on a skirt in food paper containing the Rodez Control Mark to certify the quality of the product.
DICED MOZZARELLA
The pre-cut mozzarella in 6 mm x 6 mm cubes is ideal for use in the kitchen.

Light cheese, soft and elastic, but consistent to the cut. The color ivory, semi-glossy with a delicate flavor, slightly sour.

Cacio Soave is a hard paste cheese made with cow’s milk.
Crumbly and tasty, it is good to grate and to eat in morsels.
