4 CHEESE DELIGHTS
The "crocchè" (from the French Croquettes) are a typical dish of Neapolitan and Sicilian cuisine based on potatoes and eggs, which are fried after being breaded in breadcrumbs. To make the dough more full-bodied, Neapolitan tradition wants potatoes to be crushed with a fork.
MIXED FROZEN MUSHROOMS
The mushrooms in the pan are a quick and easy side dish, ideal to accompany meat or fish dishes: also excellent for stuffing crepes and pies, or to combine with pilaf rice or polenta, so as to make a unique dish for those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.
