APRICOT FILLING: Glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree, sucrose, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator citric acid, flavorings. GLAZE: Dark chocolate chips (sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel, coconut), cocoa powder with 10/12% cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin), powdered glucose, maltodextrins, anti-caking agent E500ii, MILK proteins, thickener: E415.

Preparation method: Place the croissants on a baking tray, spacing them apart. Preheat the oven to 170/175°C. Remove the pastries from the freezer and bake. Bake for about 20/25 minutes.
