- Tasty Tips: Other ingredients, herbs or seasonings can be added to enrich Rainbow Swiss Chard, such as garlic, onions, tomatoes, olives, capers, or diced bacon. You can also use them to make a savoury pie or a frittata.
- Pan: Put the small cubes of Rainbow Swiss Chard in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of water and one of extra virgin olive oil. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes keeping the lid on. Take the lid off and cook for another 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
