Ingredients: WHEAT flour, water, sunflower seeds (8%), RYE flour, cracked WHEAT, iodized salt (sodium iodate, salt), SOY flakes, yeast, roasted malt (BARLEY), WHEAT germ, oats flakes, dark flax seeds, sugar, malt flour (BARLEY), cumin seeds, acidifiers (lactic acid, acetic acid), roasted malt (RYE), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diacetyltartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flour treatment agents (ascorbic acid), rapeseed oil.
