Ingredients: Filling 62%: ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), Castelmagno DOP cheese 31% (MILK, rennet, salt), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type "0", water, salt, brewer's yeast), salt. Dough ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, free-range EGGS 29%.
