Ideale for: for traditional pizza or by the slice.

Method of cooking: 

Conventional oven: Remove from the package, fill to taste and bake in a ventilated oven preheated to 230 ºC for about 5 minutes or until the ingredients are cooked.

Professional pizza oven: Remove from the package, fill as desired and bake in a preheated oven at 320 ºC for about 3-4 minutes or until the ingredients are cooked.

Ingredients:  

Rice starch, corn starch, seawater, water, potato starch, rice flour, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, legume flour (pea), vegetable fibre (potato, rice, psyllium, flax, lemon, pea), sugar, millet flour, flaxseed oil panel flour, salt, fresh yeast, natural flavors, thickener: hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, Raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate.
