Ingredients: DOUGH: Type 0 soft WHEAT flour, tomato sauce, water, mozzarella, sunflower seed oil, oregano, salt, sourdough (soft WHEAT flour, water), olive oil, brewer's yeast. FILLING: Tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano.
Allergens: Contains GLUTEN, MILK. May contain traces of SOY, SESAME, TREE NUTS, EGGS, MUSTARD, LUPIN.

Preparation method: Remove the product from the packaging, let it thaw for 30 minutes, and bake in a preheated convection oven at 250°C for 4-5 minutes. Store at a temperature of -18°C. Once cooked, do not refreeze, and consume within 24 hours.
Ideal for: Bars, rotisseries, and hot food counters.
