Instructions for use: For 2kg of product: mix 530g of DIY Burger with 1170g of cold water (below 4°) and 300g of seed oil. Let it set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Shape and make burgers and proceed to cooking them on a non-stick pan.

Ideal for: Make vegan and vegetarian meat-flavoured burgers.
