Gastronomic preparation ready to cook based on forzen swordfish

10 cm burger made of swordfish cubes.

Frozen product store at -20°

Sales packaging: 1 ct x 8 pcs 

Single weight pcs: 120 gr

Thawing: 

Mode of cooking:

Oven: Preheat the oven to 250 ºC and cook the frozen product for about 6 minutes, turn halfway through cooking

Non-stick pan: Preheat the pan to medium heat, cook from frozen for 12 minutes about, turn in half cooking

Frytop: Preheat to 200 ºC, bake frozen for about 10 min by turning halfway through

Ingredients:

Swordfish 90% (Xiphias glaudius), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type "0", yeast, salt), extra virgin olive oil, water, sunflower seed oil, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate.
