"Swordfish slice seasoned with salt. The anatomical cut used is obtained from the noblest part of the fish: the fillet. After thorough cleaning, it is salted and dried. Once ready, the fillet is vacuum packed. Slice with a natural flavor, not smoked and soft texture but easy to slice, for excellent dishes of carpaccio."
