Ingredients: Type 0 soft WHEAT flour, water, whole grain soft WHEAT flour, natural yeast, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, salt, olive oil, brewer's yeast, malt powder.
Allergens: Contains GLUTEN. May contain traces of SOY, SESAME, TREE NUTS, MILK, EGGS, MUSTARD, LUPIN.

Preparation method: Remove the product from the packaging, let it thaw for 30 minutes, and bake in a preheated convection oven at 180°C for 12 minutes. Once cooked, do not refreeze, and consume within 24 hours.
Ideal for: Bars, rotisseries, and hot food counters.
