INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE REFERRING TO 1 kg OF PRODUCT. FOOD TO BE CONSUMED AFTER COOKING.
Steam oven: Spread the frozen product on a perforated pan and place in a steam oven at 98 ° C. Wait for the temperature to recover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and use as desired.
Pan: Pour the frozen product into a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 6 tablespoons of water, cover and cook for 16 minutes over medium heat and use as desired.
Pot: Pour the frozen product into salted boiling water, wait for the water to boil and cook for 11 minutes, drain and use as desired.
