Preparation: After defrosting the custard:
- Stove: Pour the product in a pot and mix to boil, divide into portions and let sit. Caramelise and flambé to taste.
- Microwave: Pour the product into a container and heat for 4 minutes to the highest power (900-950W). Mix and heat for 3 more minutes, divide into portions and let it sit: fridge 3 hours or freezer 25 minutes.
Ideal to: Make the most famous dessert of French tradition, realised according to the traditional recipe of a maître pâtissier.
