Single weight pcs: 120 gr

Thawing: defrost the product in the refrigerator and use it as a fresh product or cook directly from frozen

Cooking method:

- oven: preheat the oven to 250 ºC and cook the frozen product for about 6 minutes

- non-stick pan: preheat the pan to medium heat, bake from frozen for about 12 minutes, turn mid-cooking

- Frytop: preheat to 200°, bake from frozen for about 10 min by turning halfway through cooking

Yellow fin tuna 90% (Thunnus albacares), caught in the Indian Ocean FAO 51, breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type "0", brewer’s yeast, salt), extra virgin olive oil, water, sunflower oil, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate, Acidity corrector: Baking soda.
