Preparation method: Allow the product to thaw at room temperature for 10/15 minutes. Thawing is optional. The product can also be baked without prior thawing;

- Preheat the oven in static mode to 200°C;

- Open the bag and remove the focaccia;

- Bake on the middle shelf for about 12 minutes.

It is recommended to allow a 2/3 minute rest as soon as it is taken out of the oven, to allow the product to release moisture, regain volume, and consistency for cutting.
