Ingredients: Vegetables in varying proportions 57% (Cauliflower, Zucchini, Artichokes), Batter (Water, Type 00 Soft Wheat Flour, Semolina from Durum Wheat, Corn Starch, Salt, Potato Flakes, Brewer's Yeast), Sunflower Seed Oil.
Allergens: Contains GLUTEN. May contain SHELLFISH, MILK and dairy products, soy, mustard.

Preparation method: - IN DEEP FRYER: Slowly fry in plenty of hot oil at 175°C for about 3 minutes.
- IN OVEN: Place the product on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes (it is recommended to turn the product halfway through cooking).
- IN AIR FRYER: Insert the frozen product and cook at 200°C for about 6 minutes.
Ideal for: Appetizers or starters in bars and restaurants.
