Frozen gastronomic preparation based on cubes of redfish and zucchini with gratin, skewered on a stick weighing about 70gr.

Mode of cooking:
Oven: Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and bake in a pre-heated ventilated oven at 180 ºC for about 18 minutes. For a uniform cooking, turn the skewers in half cooking.
Pan: Add a little extra virgin olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for about 12 minutes turning the skewers from time to time.
