Ingredients: Batter (Water, Nero di Troia red wine, Soft Wheat Flour type 00, Semolina from hard Durum Wheat, Corn Starch, Salt, Potato Flakes, Brewer's Yeast), Sage Leaves 26%, Sunflower Seed Oil.

Preparation: - IN DEEP FRYER: Preheat the oil to 175°C, cook the product for approximately 2-3 minutes.
- IN OVEN: Preheat the oven to 220°C, spread the product on a baking sheet, and bake for about 15 minutes (it is recommended to turn the product halfway through cooking).
- IN AIR FRYER: Insert the still frozen product and cook at 200°C for about 6 minutes.
Ideal for: Appetizers or starters in bars and restaurants.
