Storage conditions:

- In storage and before defrosting: - 18 °C.

- Defrosting and maintenance: +2/+4 °C.

Defrosting mode and use:

For a correct management of the defrosting phase it is recommended to remove the product from the bag still frozen and store it in a carafe of adequate capacity.

- In order to achieve the perfect homogeneity of the product, it is recommended that the contents of a bag (1 kg) be completely thawed and mixed before use.

- After thawing, the product behaves like a fresh product and, if necessary, must be stored at +2/+4 ºC and consumed quickly.

- Do not refreeze the product after thawing
