A rendere questo formato unico è la rigatura leggermente più larda che sembra dilatare la superficie e fare spazio al condimento, il quale lega ancora di più con la texture ruvida. Appena più corte e dal diametro un pò più largo, le Mezze Maniche diventano una declinazione raffinata per palati attenti.
