Ingredients: Base: Type "0" soft wheat flour, water, re-milled durum wheat semolina, salt, extra virgin olive oil, high oleic sunflower seed oil, malted soft wheat flour, granulated sugar, pre-mixed baking (Type 0 soft wheat flour, malted wheat flour, deactivated yeast, flour treatment agent E 300, alpha-amylase enzymes), dry yeast. Topping: Fresh sliced potatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt, rosemary, breadcrumbs.
Allergens: Contains gluten; may contain traces of soy, mustard, lupin, milk, fish, sesame seeds.

Preparation method: Allow the product to thaw at room temperature for 10/15 minutes. Thawing is optional. The product can also be baked without prior thawing;
- Preheat the oven in static mode at 200°C;
- Open the bag and remove the focaccia;
- Bake on the middle shelf for about 12 minutes.
It is recommended to let the product rest for 2/3 minutes just after baking, in order to allow it to release moisture, regain volume, and consistency for cutting.
