Ingredients: Base: Type "0" soft wheat flour, water, re-milled durum wheat semolina, salt, extra virgin olive oil, high oleic sunflower seed oil, malted soft wheat flour, granulated sugar, baking premix (Type "0" soft wheat flour, malted wheat flour, deactivated yeast, flour treatment agent E 300, alpha-amylase enzymes), dry yeast. Toppings: Fresh onion, sultana raisins, pieces of anchovies, pitted olives, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Allergens: Contains gluten and fish; may contain traces of soy, mustard, lupine, milk, sesame seeds

Preparation method: Allow the product to thaw at room temperature for 10/15 minutes.

The thawing phase is optional. The product can also be baked without prior thawing;

- Preheat the oven in static mode at 200°C;

- Open the package and remove the focaccia;

- Bake on the middle shelf for about 12 minutes.

It is recommended to let it rest for 2/3 minutes just after baking, to allow the product to release moisture, regain volume, and consistency when cutting.
