Ingredients: Base: Soft wheat flour type "0", water, durum wheat semolina, salt, extra virgin olive oil, high oleic sunflower oil, malted soft wheat flour, granulated sugar, pre-baked mix (Soft wheat flour type "0", malted wheat flour, deactivated yeast, flour treatment agent E 300, alpha-amylase enzymes), dry yeast. Topping: Fresh peppers, fresh tomatoes, pitted olives, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Allergens: Contains gluten; may contain traces of soy, mustard, lupin, milk, fish, sesame seeds.

Preparation instructions: Allow the product to thaw at room temperature for 10/15 minutes. Thawing is optional. The product can also be baked without prior thawing;

- Preheat the oven in static mode to 200°C;

- Open the package and remove the focaccia;

- Bake on the middle rack for about 12 minutes.

It is recommended to let it rest for 2/3 minutes just after baking, in order to allow the product to release moisture, regain volume, and consistency for slicing.
