Ingredients: Dough - margarine (plant fat (karité butter) plant oils (sunflower), water, concentrated lemon juice, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fact acids: natural aromas), deglutinated wheat starch, cornstarch, sugar, water, pasteurised whole EGGS, beer yeast, potato starch, rice flour, delactosated MILK, salt, thickener: Hydrossi-propyl-methylcellulose, guar gum; psyllium fibre, xantano gum, aromas.
Filling: apricot preparation 16% - glucose-fructose syrup, apricot pulp 40%, sugar, thickener: additionated pectin of sodium pyrophosphate and alginate; acidity regulator: citric acid and calcium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; colourant: paprika; aromas.

Preparation: Wash your hands carefully in order to avoid cross-contamination with gluten and milk. Place the product in the microwave as still frozen, with the packaging still closed, and put it on “defrost” mode for about 3 minutes. Then serve the product without ever opening the bag.
Ideal to: A sweet and traditional Italian breakfast. Perfect for gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant, or for a very light and delightful breakfast.
