INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE REFERRING TO 1 kg OF PRODUCT. FOOD TO BE CONSUMED AFTER COOKING.
Convection Oven: Place the product on a baking tray without thawing. Then, put it in a hot convection oven at 200°C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 12 minutes.
Deep Fryer: Pour the frozen product in hot oil 175°C, fry for 4 minutes until it, golden and crispy, drain and pat dry with kitchen paper. Season with salt and serve.
Ingredients:
Aubergines 50%, WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, WHEAT starch, water, salt, brewer's yeast, paprika, turmeric. May contain traces of MUSTARD, EGG, SOY and MILK.
