Ingredients: Dough: WHEAT flour, water, salt, natural yeast 0,5% on the finished product (WHEAT flour, yeast, enzymes, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), extra-virgin olive oil.
Topping: mozzarella 28% on the finished product (pasteurised MILK, lactic ferments, salt, curd), tomato sauce 23% on the finished product, extra-virgin olive oil, basil, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Preparation: Let it sit for at least 10 minutes. Pre-heat the oven on 200-210°, place the product on the baking trays and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
