Preparation: Pre-heat the oven on 170/ 180°C, place the produce on the baking trays and cook for about 20/25 minutes.

Our advice: place the product on baking trays 6x40, in 3 rows of 4 pieces each; defrost for 1,30 hour at 23/25°, pre-heat the oven to 170/175°C and cook for 20/25 mins.
