Cooking method:
- oven: place on a baking sheet with baking paper, add a little extra virgin olive oil and bake in a ventilated oven preheated to 180 ºC for about 16 minutes. For a right crispness, turn the swekers halfway through cooking.
- fryer: cook in hot oil for 3 minutes. When cooked, add salt to taste.
- grill: add al little of extra virgin olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for about 14 minutes turning the skewers from time to time
