INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE REFERRING TO 1 kg OF PRODUCT. FOOD TO BE CONSUMED AFTER COOKING.
Steam Oven: Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 4 minutes.
Convection Oven: Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of oil in a preheated (150C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 8 minutes.
Pan: Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil. Cook for 7 minutes over medium heat.
