Focaccia classica zucchine

Description

Package: 6 pieces

Single piece weight: 700g (diameter 28cm)

Ingredients: Base: Type "0" soft wheat flour, water, re-milled durum wheat semolina, salt, extra virgin olive oil, high oleic sunflower oil, malted soft wheat flour, granulated sugar, bread-making semi-finished product (Type 0 soft wheat flour, malted wheat flour, deactivated yeast, flour treatment agent E300, alpha-amylase enzymes), dry yeast. Topping: Fresh sliced zucchini, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Allergens: Contains gluten and fish; may contain traces of soy, mustard, lupine, milk, sesame seeds.

Preparation method: Allow the product to thaw at room temperature for 10/15 minutes. Thawing is optional. The product can also be baked without prior thawing;

- Preheat the oven in static mode to 200°C;

- Open the bag and remove the focaccia;

- Bake on the middle shelf for about 12 minutes.

It is recommended to allow a 2/3 minute rest as soon as it is taken out of the oven, to allow the product to release moisture, regain volume, and consistency for cutting.
