Polpachef classic is the historic Greci tomato pulp, the flagship of all production. It is produced in the middle of summer from well ripe fruits of selected varieties and cultivated on soils and with strictly controlled methods. The particular processing technique limits the presence of seeds and skins and maintains a structure with small pieces.
