Description

Single piece weight: 80g

Ingredients: Type 00 flour, sugar, water, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, cornstarch, rice starch, hazelnut cream 3% (sugar, vegetable oil, hazelnuts, cocoa powder, powdered milk, whey powder, emulsifiers: lecithins), leavening agents: ammonium bicarbonate, salt, vanilla. May contain traces of nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios) and soy and sesame.

Allergens: May contain traces of nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios) and soy and sesame.

Preparation: BAKE WITHOUT THAWING. Preheat the oven. Place the still frozen pasticciotti on a baking sheet without parchment paper, well spaced apart. Put the tray in the oven and bake:

Static oven: 230°C - 250°C for 15/18 minutes.

Ventilated oven: 220°C - 250°C for 12/15 minutes.

Remember to turn the tray halfway through baking.
