Description

Single piece weight: 80g

Ingredients: Type 00 flour, sugar, water, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, cornstarch, rice starch, tiramisu paste 3% (glucose syrup, sugar, Marsala wine (sulfites), egg yolk, natural coffee extract), cocoa powder, leavening agents: ammonium bicarbonate, salt, vanilla.

Allergens: May contain nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios) and soy and sesame.

Nutritional values: Refer to the attached sheet.

Preparation method: BAKE WITHOUT THAWING. Preheat the oven. Place the still frozen pastries on a baking sheet without parchment paper, well spaced apart. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake: Static oven: 230° - 250° for 15/18 minutes. Ventilated oven: 220° - 250° for 12/15 minutes. Remember to turn the baking sheet halfway through cooking.
