Description

Single piece weight: 80g

Ingredients: Type 00 flour, ricotta (38.3%), sugar, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, pear (4.5%), rum (0.6%), leavening agents: ammonium bicarbonate, salt, vanillin.

Allergens: May contain nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios) and soy and sesame.

Nutritional values: Refer to the attached sheet.

Preparation method: COOK WITHOUT THAWING. Preheat the oven. Place the still frozen pasticciotti on a baking sheet without parchment paper, well spaced apart. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake:

Static oven: 230° - 250° for 15/18 minutes.

Convection oven: 220° - 250° for 12/15 minutes.

Remember to turn the baking sheet halfway through cooking.
