Ingredients: Protein blend* (whole wheat soft WHEAT flour, flaxseeds, WHEAT GLUTEN, sunflower seeds, SESAME seeds, SOY grits, rye sourdough powder, SOY flour, pumpkin seed flour, pea bran, toasted SESAME oil, salt, toasted rye malt flour, ascorbic acid, dehydrated yeast, enzymes), type 00 soft WHEAT flour, water, salt, sunflower seed oil, olive oil, brewer's yeast.

Allergens: Contains GLUTEN, SESAME seeds, SOY. May contain traces of SOY, SESAME, TREE NUTS, MILK, EGGS, MUSTARD, LUPIN.

Preparation method: Remove the product from the packaging, let it thaw for 30 minutes, and bake in a preheated convection oven at 200°C for 5 minutes. Store at a temperature of -18°C. Once cooked, do not refreeze, and consume within 24 hours.
