Ingredients: Batter (Water, Soft Wheat Flour type 00, Durum Wheat Semolina, Cornstarch, Salt, Potato Flakes, Brewer's Yeast), 35% Sweet Frying Peppers, Sunflower Seed Oil.

Preparation instructions: - IN DEEP FRYER: Fry slowly in plenty of hot oil at 175°C for about 3 minutes.
- IN OVEN: Place the product on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes (it is recommended to turn the product halfway through cooking).
- IN AIR FRYER: Insert the still frozen product and cook at 200°C for about 6 minutes.
Ideal for: Appetizers or snacks in bars and restaurants.
