Preparation method: COOK WITHOUT THAWING. Preheat the oven. Place the still frozen pasticciotti on a baking sheet without parchment paper, well spaced apart. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake:
Static oven: 230° - 250° for 15/18 minutes.
Convection oven: 220° - 250° for 12/15 minutes.
Remember to turn the baking sheet halfway through cooking.
