Ingredients: Type 00 flour, sugar, water, lard, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, cornstarch, rice starch, sour cherry jam 8.6%, leavening agents: ammonium bicarbonate, salt, vanillin. May contain nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy, and sesame.

Preparation instructions: COOK WITHOUT THAWING. Preheat the oven. Place the still frozen pasticciotti on a baking sheet without parchment paper, well spaced apart. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake:

Static oven: 230° - 250° for 15/18 minutes.

Convection oven: 220° - 250° for 12/15 minutes.

Remember to turn the baking sheet halfway through baking.
