FILLING: MOZZARELLA (pasteurized cow's MILK, rennet serum, salt, lactic ferments, rennet), tomato pulp, gnocchi preparation (64% potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes 99%, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: disodium diphosphate, preservative: SODIUM METABISULFITE*, spices, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate), cornstarch, potato starch, WHEAT flour, salt, powdered EGG yolk, flavors, acidity regulator: glucono delta-lactone). Product fried in high oleic sunflower oil.
